All sales are final. Items sold are non-refundable/ returnable

Items availability is based on a first come first served basis upon payment.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through bank transfer to Maybank only.

Full payment is required for confirmed order.

All sales are final. Upon confirmation & payment, no changes/cancellations can be made.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

SHIPPING

Once the item is delivered, we will email you the tracking number.

We take care in packaging the items and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of package during shipping.

International parcels may be subjected to import duties, tax or custom fees which we are not liable for.
Please with your local custom office prior to placing orders.

For in-hand items, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon payment. (weekends and public holidays not included).

For pre-order items, delivery time frame will be advised.

Shipping period is just an estimation and we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control (ie: held in customs/postal service inefficiencies)
